CILVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY....RYANAIR ARE NOT THE LAW OF THE SKY....Letter to CAA.

Civil Aviation Authority
CAA House

Dear Dame Deirdre Hutton,
Thank you for your letter dated 27th July 2011 regarding Ryanair.

You are correct in saying i contacted the CAA earlier this year with serious concerns regarding Ryanair safety and employment issues. These safety issues were dealt with after our campaign informed the IAA, CAA and Boeing which i am thankful for but i must stress, it is not my job to inform the Authorities of wrong doings at Ryanair. The relevant regulator IAA must do their job and regulate Ryanair so as not to put Crew and passengers at risk over safety issues.
As for employment issues, there are too many to name but what is very concerning, not only the information in my last correspondence but the Email and Questionnaire enclosed from present crew at Ryanair, which yet again puts safety of crew and passengers at risk.
Whether or not the CAA recognise RyanairDontCare Campaign as a legitimate Campaign it is very concerning that contacts we are having from Crew at Ryanair, who have serious Working   grievances are putting safety of passengers and Crew at Ryanair at risk daily. These crew members have no faith either in Ryanair or the IAA in dealing with these issues.
Do you not think some sort of independent counselling   PHONE LINE could be set up  for Crew of all airlines not just Ryanair, so that they have someone to talk to regarding working conditions.

Yours sincerely

John Foley
